Oil & Gas Solutions

Engineered for upstream, midstream, and downstream pressure and reliability.

Overview

The oil and gas industry demands the highest standards of flange engineering. From subsea blowout preventers at 15,000 feet to refinery process piping, every connection must withstand extreme pressures, corrosive fluids, and demanding environmental conditions. Our flanges support wellhead systems, pipeline infrastructure, separation equipment, and downstream processing.

Applications

Wellhead and subsea completions

Pipeline distribution and transmission

Separator and pressure vessel connections

Furnace tube systems in refineries

Glycol/amine treater service

LNG and cryogenic systems

CO2 sequestration and injection

Relevant Standards

  • ASME B16.5 (standard pressure classes)
  • ASME B16.47 (large diameter)
  • API 6A (wellhead and Christmas trees)
  • API 17D (subsea systems)
  • ISO 6149 (metric flanges)

Typical Service Specifications

Flanges in oil & gas typically operate at 600-2500 PSI with temperatures ranging from -50°F (LNG service) to 1000°F (furnace outlet). Sour service applications require NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 compliance. Material Test Reports with heat number traceability and pressure-temperature ratings are mandatory.
